TRANSMISSION FACILITY PROJECTS
Sainsbury Engineers manufactured and installed the air conditioning ductwork system for the NBN Co facility in Wulumla NSW.
Sainsbury also helped restore the Broadcast Australia transmission facility in Mount Tassie, Victoria, which was damaged in the Black Saturday fires. Sainsbury replaced the generator plant, some HVAC, as well as the fire pump and ring main pump.
Sainsbury ensured the appropriate materials and manpower resources were promptly despatched to the remote site for the quick restoration of services at this vital communications facility.
The Mount Tassie tower provides direct broadcasting and communications services to the Latrobe Valley and program feeds to other Victorian transmission sites.
